<h1>Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD)</h1>
<p>Levo Medical is enabling all stakeholders, including customers, users, and security researchers, to submit suspected cybersecurity vulnerabilities for the Levo Gen 2 through a coordinated vulnerability disclosure process.</p>
<p>Within five business days Levo Medical will confirm receipt of the submission and provide information for any follow-up communications.</p>
<p>Levo Medical will review the submitted information, investigate the potential vulnerability, and, as appropriate, conduct a risk assessment to determine appropriate action. Levo Medical may follow up with the submitter for additional details.</p>
<p>Once Levo Medical has completed its determination of vulnerability, applicability and severity, Levo Medical will follow up with the submitter to provide a summary of our findings.</p>
<p>Levo Medical may create a security bulletin for confirmed vulnerabilities and may provide direct notification to Levo Medical customers, post the security bulletin on this website, and disclose vulnerability details to information security coordination organizations such as H-ISAC.</p>
<p>Levo Medical may publicly acknowledge external submissions, subject to consent by the submitter.</p>
